Order Processing

After you place your order, we prepare it with our fulfilment partners.

Most orders are expected to be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times can vary by product, supplier, destination, stock availability, and seasonal demand.

If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on where you are, what you order, and which fulfilment partner ships your costume.

As a guide, orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7-20 business days after dispatch. Some international deliveries may take longer, especially during busy periods or if customs, local carriers, or weather cause delays.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

If any faster shipping options become available at checkout, they will be shown before you complete your order. Faster options may not be available for every product or destination.

Tracking

We will send your tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates can take a little time to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If your tracking has not updated straight away, please check again later.

International Delivery

International delivery times can vary by destination, customs processing, local delivery partners, and peak-season demand. Customers are responsible for checking any local import rules that may apply in their country.

If duties, taxes, or import fees apply in your destination, these may be charged by your local customs authority or carrier. These charges are not controlled by Lots of Costumes.

Multiple Items

If your order includes more than one costume or accessory, items may ship separately. This can happen when products come from different fulfilment partners.

If items arrive in separate parcels, you will not be charged extra shipping.
